Super fun, great creative drinks and food. I really liked the building and what they did with it, will be returning for sure. 4/5 on service only because the place was packed and I thought, service would suffer. However the hostess busted her butt to get us a killer table, but the server was a dud.

If ambiance took first place, this business would be a winner tenfold, with its historically industrial and eclectic building, and a cozy underground setting. While the building speaks for itself, the cuisine curators inside it bring this place to life with an even bolder array of absolutely knockout menu items. From satiatingly stacked burgers with house made Tom Kha Gai soup (pictured below), to locally sourced bone broth ramen with marinated pork shashu, this place takes the prize home for a dynamically authentic downtown dinner spot. (Separate post needed for their drink concoctions)! Signed, An all around Hogwash fan

I found this literally hidden gem when spending some time in Spokane and I think about it often so I thought I'd share some love. I ended up going there twice that week, thanks for being so awesome. I sat at the bar, cool intimate space with a undeniable historic vibe, the staff were friendly and helpful both nights. Drinks are really fun and inventive. Food is way better than your average bar food. They have something special going on here and like I said, I think about it often. I wish I wasn't a 4 hour drive from here because I'd likely make myself a regular. Additional notes: It took me a minute to find the place when I first got to the old converted warehouse, because I came in from the parking lot side and the entry is on the street side as soon as you enter, but what a cool spot!

Amazing bar! The service and bartenders were outstanding. PHENOMENAL FOOD as well - that was possibly the best cheeseburger I've had in my life. I heard one of the bartenders singing Joe Hendry's song while walking around and that alone gets them 5 stars. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town

Tots are out of this world. Also enjoyed the cauliflower wings & vegan mushroom coconut soup! Milk punch was great. Little loud inside when busy - but isn’t that the point? Great vibes, good food.

The ramen was delicious and hearty, the two cocktails I had were unique and tasted great (Mindkiller and You Got Serbed), and the donuts were so fluffy inside. Would come back next time I'm in town.

The hogwash whiskey den would be easy to miss if you were not a local. We got lucky as we were passing through town to find it. It’s down in a cellar and has a very cool almost like old time prohibition field. Very wide selection of whiskeys the server seemed very knowledgeable. The food was surprisingly good. If you’re in the Spokane area seek them out.

Outstanding establishment!!!! It's like stepping back in time as you walk in the door...if they don't have what you want, then you don't need it! That being said....they have EVERYTHING!!! I had an Irish Whiskey Flight and the Catfish with Grits....it made my heart smile! You gotta go check this place out. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner!
